Connect wiring harness (2) to throttle position sensor
(3).
6.
Install new tiedown strap (1).

7.
Run engine to verify correct operation of throttle (TM 5-3805-290-10).
8.
Shut down engine (TM 5-3805-290-10).
THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR REMOVAL
1.
Cut and discard tiedown strap (1).
N OT E
Note position of sensor harness pigtail to ensure correct routing during installation.
2.
Disconnect wiring harness (2) from throttle position sensor (3).
3.
Remove two nuts (13), washers (14), and throttle position sensor (3) from throttle pedal (6).
