ETHER STARTING AID VALVE AND HARDWARE REMOVAL

1.
Cut and discard tiedown strap (1).
2.
Disconnect valve (2) from engine wiring harness (3).
N OT E
Install caps or plugs on ether component openings as plastic tubing and fittings are removed.
3.
Disconnect plastic tube (4) from adapter (5).
4.
Remove adapter (5) from valve (2).

Remove protective cap from valve if installed.
5.
Remove two screws (6), clamp (7), and valve (2) from
bracket (8).
6.
Remove screw (9) and cap holder (10) from bracket
(8).
7.
Remove two nuts (11), lockwashers (12), screws (13),
and bracket (8) from plate (14). Discard lockwashers.
