Remove two bolts (10) from nitrogen charging valve
guard (11).
7.
Remove guard (11) from nitrogen charging valve (12).
8.
Remove protective cap (13) from nitrogen charging
valve (12).
N OT E
If damaged, replace nitrogen charg-
ing valve and O-ring.
Other end of hose assembly will
remain open.

9.
Connect hose assembly (14) to nitrogen charging chuck (15).
10.
Turn valve handle (16) on nitrogen charging chuck (15) counterclockwise. This will ensure nitrogen charging valve (12)
will not be opened when nitrogen charging chuck is attached.
11.
Connect nitrogen charging chuck (15), extension
assembly, and hose assembly (14) to nitrogen charging
valve (12).
12.
Place open end of hose assembly (14) away from work
area.
13.
Turn handle (16) on nitrogen charging chuck (15)
fully clockwise to open nitrogen charging valve (12).
This will release all compressed gas from accumulator
(2) through hose assembly (14).
14.
Remove nitrogen charging chuck (15) from nitrogen
charging valve (12).
15.
Install protective cap (13) on nitrogen charging valve
(12).
