Nitrogen Charging Procedure - Continued

If nitrogen pressure appears on pressure gage in less time, close pressure regulating screw on regulator
assembly and disconnect hose assembly at coupling assembly next to pressure gage. Close needle valve and
remove coupling assembly. Repeat steps 8 thru 28.

Turn handle (16) on nitrogen charging chuck (15)
fully counterclockwise.
30.
Close regulator assembly (22) and needle valve (18).
31.
Slowly disconnect hose (14) from needle valve (18).
32.
Open needle valve (18).
33.
Remove nitrogen charging chuck (15) from nitrogen
charging valve (12) on accumulator (2).

Install protective cap (13) on nitrogen charging valve
(12).
35.
Install guard (11) on accumulator (2) with two bolts
(10).
