PILOT SYSTEM HOSES, LINES, AND FITTINGS REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

INSTALLATION
1.
Install all fittings and connect all hoses to main control valve (WP 0134 00).
2.
Install all fittings and connect all hoses to coupler valve (WP 0190 00).
3.
Install all fittings and connect all hoses to combination valve (WP 0124 00).
4.
Install all fittings and connect all hoses to implement relief valve (WP 0125 00).
N OT E
Apply a thin coat of clean oil to all O-rings before installation.
5.
Install ten new O-rings and fittings on hydraulic manifold (7).
6.
Connect hose (34) to hydraulic tank (WP 0140 00).
7.
Install new O-ring (35) and position hose (34) on hydraulic manifold (7) and install two flange halves (33), four washers
(32), and bolts (31).
8.
Connect hose (27) to implement relief valve (WP 0125 00).
9.
Install new O-ring (30) and fitting (28) on hydraulic manifold (7).
10.
Install new O-ring (29) and connect hose (27) to fitting (28).
