REMOVAL
C AU T I O N
Wipe area clean around all connections to be opened during removal. Cap lines and hoses and plug
openings after removing lines. Contamination of lubrication system could result in premature failure.
N OT E
Tag hoses and lines to ensure correct installation.
Use a container to catch any fluid that may drain from hoses or system. Dispose of fluid IAW local policy
and ordinances. Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
1.
Loosen two clamps (1).
2.
Disconnect two hoses (2) and remove clamps (1) from turbocharger (3).
3.
Remove and discard six nuts (4) from turbocharger (3).
4.
Disconnect pipe (5) and remove gasket (6) from turbocharger (3). Discard gasket.
