Tag hoses prior to removal to ensure correct installation.
Use a container to catch any fluid that may drain from hoses or system. Dispose of fluid IAW local policy
and ordinances. Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
REMOVAL
1.
Disconnect wiring harness (1) from pump (2).
2.
Disconnect two hose assemblies (3) from pump (2).
3.
Remove two connectors (4) and four O-rings (5) from pump (2). Discard O-rings.
4.
Disconnect T (6) from pump (2).
5.
Remove connector (7) and two O-rings (8) from pump (2). Discard O-rings.
6.
Disconnect hose assembly (9) from pump (2).
7.
Remove elbow (10) and two O-rings (11) from pump (2). Discard O-rings.
