WATER PUMP REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

TESTING
1.
Remove plug from port (17).
2.
Install test stand in port (17).

3.
Start engine. Run engine until normal operating temperature is reached (TM 5-3805-291-10).
4.
Note water pump pressure on differential gage. Water pump pressure should be 15 to 18 psi (103 to 124 kPa).
5.
Remove test stand from port (17).
6.
Install plug into port (17).
7.
Fill cooling system (WP 0041 00).
8.
Check for leaks around plug.
