7.
Position starter solenoid cover (6) on starter solenoid
(2) and install starter solenoid cover nut (4) and new
lockwasher (5).
8.
Position starter cable (3) on starter solenoid (2) and
install starter cable nut (1). Tighten starter cable nut to
22 3 lb-ft (30.5 3.5 Nm).

Connect battery cables to batteries (WP 0096 00).
10.
Close hood (TM 5-3805-291-10).
