Turn machine power on and attempt to
crank (TM 5-3805-292-10). Remove IP but

Replace instrument panel
do not disconnect (WP 0155). Measure

voltage between IP C23-9, circuit 622E

Remove start interlock relay

Press and hold start button (TM 5-3805-

Perform open harness test for
