DO NOT disconnect or remove any hydraulic system line or fitting unless engine is shut down

and hydraulic system pressure has been relieved. Tighten all connections before applying
pressure. Escaping hydraulic fluid under pressure can penetrate the skin.
Use a piece of cardboard, newspaper, or wood to check for pressurized leaks, to prevent fluid

penetrating the skin.
Contact with engine/hydraulic oil can damage skin. Wear gloves when handling engine/
o
hydraulic oil. If oil contacts skin, wash it off immediately. Failure to follow this warning may
result in injury to personnel.
