2. Clean all parts (except rubber and plastic surfaces) and mating surfaces with solvent cleaning compound.
WARN I N G
Particles blown by compressed air are hazardous. DO NOT exceed 15 psi (103 kPa)
nozzle pressure when drying parts with compressed air. DO NOT direct compressed air
against human skin. Make sure air stream is directed away from user and other personnel
in the area. To prevent injury, user must wear protective goggles or face shield. Failure to
follow this warning may result in injury to personnel.
4. Inspect parts for wear, pitting, cracks, or corrosion and replace if necessary.

Install hoses, lines, and wires as tagged during removal.
Install fittings as noted during removal.
1. Install two new O-rings (Figure 3, Item 2) and fittings (Figure 3, Items 1 and 10) on head (Figure 3, Item 14).
2. Install bracket (Figure 3, Item 6), two washers (Figure 3, Item 8), two bolts (Figure 3, Item 5), and nut (Figure 3,
Item 7) on machine.
3. Position head (Figure 3, Item 14) and install two washers (Figure 3, Item 4) and bolts (Figure 3, Item 3) on
bracket (Figure 3, Item 6).
4. Install new O-ring (Figure 3, Item 17) and sender (Figure 3, Item 16) on head (Figure 3, Item 14).
5. Install hose (Figure 3, Item 20) on fitting (Figure 3, Item 1).
6. Install fitting (Figure 3, Item 11) and line (Figure 3, Item 12) on fitting (Figure 3, Item 10).
7. Install hose (Figure 3, Item 9) on fitting (Figure 3, Item 10).
8. Install wire (Figure 3, Item 15), washer (Figure 3, Item 19), and nut (Figure 3, Item 18) on indicator assembly
(Figure 3, Item 16).
