Lubricate new powertrain oil filter element seal with a light coat of clean hydraulic oil.
9. Fill new filter (Figure 3, Item 13) with clean hydraulic oil.
10. Install new filter element (Figure 3, Item 13) on head (Figure 3, Item 14).
