Hydraulic hoses and fittings are all generally removed using the same method. This
procedure covers removal of one hydraulic hose and fitting from the machine.
Tag all hoses and fittings to aid in installation.
Use a container to catch any fluid that maydrain from hoses or system. Dispose of fluid
IAW local policy and ordinances. Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
Note routing of hoses to aid in installation.
Remove additional components as required.
1. Remove and discard tiedown straps (Figure 1, Item 4) from hydraulic hose (Figure 1, Item 5).
2. Remove two nuts (Figure 1, Item 2) and clamps (Figure 1, Item 3) from hydraulic hose (Figure 1, Item 5).
3. Remove nut (Figure 1, Item 6), bolt (Figure 1, Item 7), and clamp (Figure 1, Item 8) from hydraulic hose (Figure
1, Item 5).
4. Disconnect hydraulic hose (Figure 1, Item 5) from fitting (Figure 1, Item 11).
5. Disconnect hydraulic hose (Figure 1, Item 5) from fitting (Figure 1, Item 10), and remove hydraulic hose from
machine.
6. Remove fitting (Figure 1, Item 11) from joystick valve (Figure 1, Item 1).
7. Remove fitting (Figure 1, Item 10) from pump (Figure 1, Item 9).
