Test Step 6. Test Lower Cab Wiring

Harness for Voltage.
1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
2. Remove left engine access panel
(WP 0350).
3. Remove transmission ECM cover
(WP 0266).
4. Disconnect connector C-C13
(WP 0012, Figure 25) from
transmission ECM J2 (WP 0266).
5. Turn battery disconnect and
ignition switch to the ON position
(TM 5-3805-298-10).
6. Have an assistant hold the ignition
switch in the start position
(TM 5-3805-298-10) while
performing the next step.
7. Using a digital multimeter
Voltage 18 to 26 V - Replace
(WP 0174), test for voltage
transmission ECM (WP 0266).
between connector C-C13
Proceed to Test Step 10.
