Heater Does Not Blow Warm
Test Step 4. Inspect Heater Hoses for
Air When Temperature
Leaks.
1. Remove right engine access panel
Control Panel Is Set on
(WP 0348).
Maximum Heat Continued
2. Inspect two heater hoses
No Leaks Proceed to Test Step 5.
(Figure 3, Item 2 and 3) for
Heater Hose(s) Collapsed, or
collapsed, damaged, or Class III
Damaged - Replace affected heater
leaks.
hose (WP 0365).
Proceed to Test Step 6.
Heater Hose Leaking - Tighten or
replace hose clamps (Figure 3, Item 1).
If hose continues to leak, replace
leaking heater hose (WP 0365).
Proceed to Test Step 6.
