5. Install new cylinder sleeve (Figure 9, Item 6) on fuel injector (Figure 9, Item 1). Ensure that flange of seal is
flush with valve cover base.
CAUTION
Ensure the ends of the fuel injection line are seated in the fuel injector and fuel manifold.
Failure to follow this caution may cause engine damage.
NOTE
Fuel injection line must only be used once. Do not install old fuel injector line.
6. Loosely install new fuel injector line (Figure 9, Item 3) and two tube nuts (Figure 9, Item 2) on machine.
7. Tighten bolt (Figure 9, Item 4) on clamp (Figure 9, Item 5) to 20 lb-ft (27 Nm).
8. Install clamp (Figure 9, Item 7) on fuel injector line (Figure 9, Item 3).
9. Tighten two tube nuts (Figure 9, Item 2) to 22 lb-ft (30 Nm).
