5. Install six new cylinder sleeves (Figure 8, Item 6) on six fuel injectors (Figure 8, Item 1). Ensure that flange of
seal is flush with valve cover base.
CAUTION
Ensure the ends of the fuel injection line are seated in the fuel injector and fuel rail. Failure
to follow this caution may cause engine damage.
6. Install six new fuel injector lines (Figure 8, Item 3) and 12 tube nuts (Figure 8, Item 2) on machine, finger tight.
7. Tighten six bolts (Figure 8, Item 4) on six clamps (Figure 8, Item 5) to 20 lb-ft (27.2 Nm).
8. Tighten 12 tube nuts (Figure 8, Item 2) to 22 lb-ft (30 Nm).
9. Install two clamps (Figure 8, Item 7) on six fuel injector lines (Figure 8, Item 3).

1. Install rocker arm assembly (WP 0186).
2. If fuel injector was replaced, load trim files to ECM on new fuel injector (WP 0011).
3. Verify correct operation of machine (TM 5-3805-298-10).
