REMOVAL CONTINUED
WARNING
Lubricating hydraulic oils used in performance of maintenance can be very slippery.
Immediately wipe up spills.
NOTE
Cap or plug hose end and fitting to protect against contamination.
Tag and mark hose and fitting and note hose routing to aid installation.
Use container to catch any fluid that may drain from hydraulic system. Dispose of fluid IAW
local policy and ordinances.
7. Position drain pan to catch fluid that drains from hose (Figure 5, Item 1) or cylinder (Figure 5, Item 4).
8. Loosen tube nut (Figure 5, Item 2) and remove hose (Figure 5, Item 1) and O-ring (Figure 5, Item 3) from
bucket tilt cylinder (Figure 5, Item 4). Discard O-ring.
9. Position hose (Figure 5, Item 1) aside.
