CHECKING FUEL INJECTION PUMP TIMING CONTINUED
15. Loosen injection pump mounting bolts (Figure 16, Item 2) and rotate injection pump (Figure 16, Item 1)
clockwise or counterclockwise until dial indicator reads as specified.
16. Tighten injection pump mounting bolts (Figure 16, Item 2).

17. Remove timing pin tool (Figure 17, Item 1) from timing pin housing (Figure 17, Item 2).

18. Repeat steps 12 through 17 to verify pump timing.
