1. Loosen bolt (Figure 1, Item 3) and remove idler pulley (Figure 1, Item 2) from engine.
NOTE
Note position and length of bolts to aid in installation.
Cooling fan removed for clarity.
2. Remove eight bolts (Figure 1, Item 4), five bolts (Figure 1, Item 1), and front cover (Figure 1, Item 5) from
engine.
