1. With assistance, install backing plate (Figure 2, Item 12), bracket (Figure 2, Item 3), two washers (Figure 2,
Item 10), and bolts (Figure 2, Item 9) on front console (Figure 2, Item 11). Do not tighten.
2. Install two washers (Figure 3, Item 4) and bolts (Figure 3, Item 3) on right side of cab (Figure 3, Item 2).
3. Install two caps (Figure 3, Item 1) on right side of cab (Figure 3, Item 2).
