11. Position control unit (Figure 9, Item 2) on control tower (Figure 9, Item 8).
12. Install spacer (Figure 9, Item 5), washer (Figure 9, Item 7), bolt (Figure 9, Item 6), washer (Figure 9, Item 3),
and new locknut (Figure 9, Item 4) on control tower (Figure 9, Item 8).
13. Install two bolts (Figure 9, Item 1) on control unit (Figure 9, Item 2).
