16.
Shutdown machine.
Move bucket
control levers back and forth to release
any pressure in the hydraulic hoses.

Use a suitable pry bar to remove
two lower bucket coupler pins.

Disconnect the two small hydraulic
hoses.
Install dust caps in hoses to keep
dirt from entering.
18.
Disconnect the two large hydraulic
hoses.
Install dust caps in hoses to keep
dirt from entering.
19.
Remove hydraulic line hose clips and
small retaining bolts.
Install retaining
bolts into the back of coupler.
20.
Remove capscrews securing two lower
bucket coupler pins.
NOTE
Tag shims to ensure proper reassembly.

Remove capscrew securing coupler pin
at bucket tip cylinder.
WARNING
Do not allow bucket tip cylinder
link to drop when coupler pin is
removed or when machine is backed
away from bucket.
23.
Use a suitable pry bar to remove
bucket tip cylinder coupler pin.
24.
Start machine and back away from
bucket.
Shutdown machine.
25.
Reinstall coupler pins, shims, and
capscrews in bucket.
Tighten capscrews
securely.
