TM 5-3805-258-10TRANSPORTATION HINTS16.Shutdown machine.Move bucketcontrol levers back and forth to releaseany pressure in the hydraulic hoses.21.Use a suitable pry bar to removetwo lower bucket coupler pins.the17.Disconnect the two small hydraulichoses.Install dust caps in hoses to keepdirt from entering.18.Disconnect the two large hydraulichoses.Install dust caps in hoses to keepdirt from entering.19.Remove hydraulic line hose clips andsmall retaining bolts.Install retainingbolts into the back of coupler.20.Remove capscrews securing two lowerbucket coupler pins.NOTETag shims to ensure proper reassembly.6922.Remove capscrew securing coupler pinat bucket tip cylinder.WARNINGDo not allow bucket tip cylinderlink to drop when coupler pin isremoved or when machine is backedaway from bucket.23.Use a suitable pry bar to removebucket tip cylinder coupler pin.24.Start machine and back away frombucket.Shutdown machine.25.Reinstall coupler pins, shims, andcapscrews in bucket.Tighten capscrewssecurely.
