TRANSPORTATION HINTS
14.
Remove the lock pins and clevis pins
that hold the trailer to the machine.
15.
Raise screw jack to lower trailer
hitch points from machine.
16.
Reinstall clevis pins and lock pin in
trailer eyes.
17.
Start the machine and drive around to
rear of bucket.
NOTE
Tag shims for proper location during
reassembly.
18.
Remove the three bucket coupler pin
capscrews,
coupler pins, and tagged shims
from the bucket.
19.
With a second person directing
movement, aline the bucket arm/coupler
joint.
NOTE
Clean and lubricate pins and coupler and
bucket bores before installing pins.
20.
Loosely install the two outside
coupler pins, and shims.
Some bucket arm
movement may be needed to install pins.
Adjust screw jack as needed to help
installation.
WARNING
The bucket tip cylinder link is heavy.
Do not allow to drop when securing strap
is removed.
