29.
Use the screw jack to adjust the
height of the bucket until the distance
from the center of the clevis pin to th
ground is a maximum of 25 inches.
This
will permit backing the machine into
position over the trailer.
30.
Start machine and back the machine
into position in front of the trailer.

Use suitable strapping to hold bucket
tip cylinder link in a raised position.
27.
Lower screw jack slightly to release
weight from hitch jack.
31.
Adjust the screw jack as needed to
move the front of the trailer until the
clevis pins connecting the trailer and
machine can be installed.
28.
Pull the pin out of the hole in the
plate, turn the jack to a horizontal
position, and push the pin back into the
hole in the plate.
32.
Install the clevis pins and the lock
pins that hold the trailer to the machine.
33.
Store the screw jack, base plate,
handle in their proper places on the
trailer, securing them with the proper
hardware.
34.
Remove the support brace assemblies
from the bucket cylinder mounts.
Reinstall mounting hardware.
35.
Remove the support brace assemblies
in their proper place on the trailer and
secure with proper hardware.
36.
Secure loose hose ends on bucket and
machine.
37.
Remove chocks from trailer wheels.
38.
The machine is now ready for air
transport makeready.
