It is in the implement pilot systembetween the sequence valve and the attachmentcontrol valve. The shuttle valve is a double checkvalve. Ball valve (4) opens the inlet passage withthe higher pressure and closes the inletthe lower pressure.passage withSHUTTLE VALVE1. Outlet paaaage to attachment valve spool. 2. Inletpaaaage fromopen or raisestemof attachment pilot valve.3. Inletpassage fromsequence valve (close or lowerstem).4. Ball valve. When the attachment control lever is movedto OPEN or RAISE, position, pilot oil from theopen or raise stem of the attachment pilot valvecomes into inlet passage (2). The pressure of theoil pushes ball valve (4) to the left which preventsthe flow of oil out of inlet passage (3) and permitsthe flow of oil out of outlet passage (1). The pres-sure oil from outlet passage (1) moves the attach-ment valve spool to OPEN or RAISE position. When the attachment control lever is moved toCLOSE or LOWER position and the sequencevalve is activated, pilot oil from the close or lowerstem of the attachment pilot valve comes into inletpassage (3). The pressure of the oil pushes ballvalve (4) to the right which prevents the flow ofoil out of inlet passage (2) and permits the flowof oil out of the outlet passage (1). The pressure oilfrom outlet passage (1) moves the attachment valvespool to HOLD position.3-102
