start by:
a) remove pilot and hydraulic pump
For the correct assembly of the parts the pump
rotation is in a clockwise direction when seen at
the pilot end of the hydraulic pump.
Remove O-ring seal (1) from the pump body.
Remove the bolts, cover (4) and ring assembly
(2) from the pump.
Remove spring (3) from ring assembly (2).
WARNING
Spring (6) is under compression behind plug
(8). To prevent personaI injury carefully remove
plug (8).
5. Remove plug (8), spring (6) and spool as-
sembly with screen” (5) from cover (4).
6. Remove O-ring seal (7) from plug (8).
WARNING
Spring (10) is under compression behind bolt
(13). To prevent personal injury carefully
remove bolt (13).
7. Remove bolt (13), shims (12), valve (11) and
spring, 10) from valve spool (9).
