REMOVE CRANKSHAFT
DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY

start by:
a) remove piston and rod
Use a suitable press to remove crankshaft (1)
from the crankcase (2).
Push crankshaft (1) and bearings (3) out of
crankshaft, as a unit, in the direction shown
in the illustration.
Remove bearings (3) and two washers (4)
from crankshaft. Discard bearings.
INSTALL CRANKSHAFT

Install two washers (4) and new bearings (3)
onto crankshaft (1).
Install crankshaft (1), with bearings, in the
direction shown in the illustration.
end by:
a) install piston and rod
