3-10. INSTRUMENT PANELS TROUBLESHOOTING
MALFUNCTION
TEST OR INSPECTION
CORRECTIVE ACTION
1. INSTRUMENT CLUSTER WARNING LIGHTS DO NOT OPERATE.
Step 1.

Place ignition key switch in on position.
Press bottom 5 ampere circuit breaker button located on right in-
strument panel.

b. If all warning lights are off, go to step 2 below.

in off position. Check wiring connection between ignition switch
ACC terminal and 5 ampere circuit breaker at right instrument
panel for open circuit. Repair or replace wiring
(page 5-168).
If wiring is okay, remove right instrument panel
replace 5 ampere circuit breaker (page 5-53).
If all warning lights are off, remove instrument
5-34) and replace circuit board (page 5-39).

Connect a jumper wire from terminal of oil pressure switch to engine
ground.
Oil pressure warning light should be on.
