( C o n t ) .Carefully pull cab switch panelupwards from heater console justenough to gain access to FRONTWIPER switch terminals,Disconnect black-yellow wirespade terminal from FRONT WIPERswitch P terminal by graspingwith fingers and firmly pullingfrom switch terminal.Connect multimeter between FRONTWIPER switch P terminal andc h a s s i s.Place FRONT WIPER switch in OFFp o s i t i o n .Turn ignition key switch to onp o s i t i o n .multimeter shall indicate 24 volts.a. If 24 volts not obtained, replace FRONT WIPER switch (page10-18).b. If 24 volts obtained, turn ignition key switch to off position.Reconnect black-yellow wire spade terminal to FRONT WIPER switchP terminal by grasping with fingers and firmly pushing ontoswitch terminal. Reinstall cab switch panel on heater consoleand secure using four screws. Go to step 2 below.Step 2. Disconnect wiring harness black-yellow wire spade terminal fromWindshield wiper motor P terminal by grasping with fingers andfirmly pulling off terminal .Connect multimeter between wiper motor P terminal and metal frame ofmotor.M u l t i m e t e r s h a l l i n d i c a t e c o n t i n u i t y.a .b .If multimeter does not indicate continuity, remove windshieldwiper motor, disassemble , and replace motor (page 10-13).If multimeter indicates continuity, reconnect wiring harnessblack-yellow wire spade terminal to wiper motor P terminal bygrasping between fingers and firmly pushing onto wiper motorterminal.
