F a i l u r e t o d o s o c o u l d c a u s e s e r i o u s i n j u r y . I f y o ub e c o m e d i z z y w h i l e u s i n g c l e a n i n g s o l v e n t , g e t f r e s h a i r a n d m e d i c ala t t e n t i o n i m m e d i a t e l y . I f c o n t a c t w i t h s k i n o r c l o t h e s i s m a d e , f l u shw i t h l a r g e a m o u n t s o f w a t e r .If contact with eyes is made, wash eyeswith water and get medical aid immediately.(1) Clean all parts using cleaning solvent P-D-680. Dry using clean cloths.(2)Check seat supports (3 and 10) for cracks, breaks, dents, or bent condi-tion. Replace as necessary.(3) Check clamp for cracks, breaks, and damaged or stripped threads. If ne-cessary, chase threads using a 5/8-11 tap. If threads cannot be cleanedup, replace clamp.(4)Inspect remaining parts for cracks, breaks, distortion, deformation, anddamaged threads. Replace as necessary.INSTALLATION (SHEET 1 OF 2)(1)(2)(3)Position lower seat support (10) in cab.Ensure that lower seat support mountingholes are aligned with mounting holes incab deck.Install four washers (9) and capscrews (8).While holding capscrews (8) with socketw r e n c h , t e l l a s s i s t a n t t o i n s t a l l f o urwashers (7), lock washers (6), and nuts (5)and to tighten nuts (5) securely.Grasp clamp (4) with your fingers andposition inside lower seat support(10) tube taking care not to dropclamp in tube. Install lock washer(2) and capscrew (1) loosely.9-32
