TM 5-3805-262-34 4-3. TRANSMISSION MAINTENANCE (CONT) c. Transmission Turbine Driven Gears and Freewheel Unit (Cont). REASSEMBLY (1) (2) (3) (SHEET 1 OF 2) Put second turbine driven gear (16) in hy- draulic press. Place bearing (15) on its shaft. Using 1-1/2 inches inside diameter by 8 inches long sleeve, press bearing onto shaft until bearing is in contact with gear. Put second turbine driven gear (16) in hy- draulic press with shaft facing downward. Place bearing (14) on gear. Using 1-1/2 inches inside diameter sleeve, press bear- ing onto gear. If necessary, install pin (13) in freewheel cam (7) and press to bottom of bore using soft hammer. (4) (5) (6) (7) 4-142 Install roller cage (8) into freewheel cam (7); be sure marks are alined. Put oil-soluble grease on bottom of spring retainer plate (9). Install spring retainer plate on freewheel cam (7). Install three springs (11) and pins (10). Put second turbine driven gear (16) on work bench with its shaft facing upward.
