HIGH TRANSMISSION OIL TEMPERATURE (CONV TEMP GAGE INDICATES EXCESSIVE TEMPERA-TURE) (Cont).Step 1. (Cont).Set transmission control lever to N position and operate engine atidle speed for ten seconds.Repeat the above until CONV TEMP gage needle is approximately 1/2inch from bottom of gage.Decrease engine speed to 800 rpm. Be sure transmission control leveris in N position. Pressure gage should indicate 135 psi.Press brake treadle and valve to prevent loader from moving. Withengine operating at 800 rpm, put transmission control lever in Rposition. Pressure gage should indicate 135 psi.Press brake treadle and valve to prevent loader from moving. Withengine operating at 800 rpm, put transmission control lever in Fposition. Pressure gage should indicate 135 psi.Press brake treadle and valve to prevent loader from moving. Withengine operating at 800 rpm, put transmission control lever in Hposition. Pressure gage should indicate 125 to 132 psi.Put transmission control lever in N position. Turn off engine.a.
