Trunnion assembly10. Rear chassisd. Drive two pivot pins (7) outward using 1-3/4 inches diameter brass rod andhammer just enough to remove washers (4, 5, and 6). After removal of washers,drive pivot pins from trunnion assembly (9) and rear chassis (10) trunnionsupports.e. Lower both sides of trunnion assembly (9) evenly and remove from under rearchassis (10).NOTEDon’t perform step f below unless inspection indicates replacement ofbushings (8) is necessary.f. Press two bushings (8) from trunnion assembly (9) using 2-1/4 inches diametersteel rod. Discard bushings.4-259
