At right side of transmission, at control valve, connect rear wiring har-
ness violet-black wire terminal to neutral start switch.
At transmission control valve, connect rear wiring harness violet-red
wire spade terminal to backup alarm switch spade terminal. Do this by
grasping both in your fingers, alining, and firmly pushing together.
Connect rear wiring harness black-red wire spade terminal to backup alarm
switch spade terminal. Do this by grasping both in your fingers, alining,
and firmly pushing together.
At right side of loader, at right side of air reservoir, connect rear
wiring harness red-green wire to air pressure sender.
At right side of transmission, near control valve, connect rear wiring
harness yellow-red wire terminal to converter temperature sending unit.
Route rear wiring harness branch containing one blue-yellow wire around
engine next to heater hose to water temperature sending unit installed in
water manifold at right front of engine. Using three tie straps secure
this wire to heater hose.
Connect rear wiring harness blue-yellow wire terminal to water tempera-
ture sending unit.
Route rear wiring harness branch containing gray-white wire to steering
hydraulic filter head. Connect this wire terminal to filter switch in-
stalled in filter head.
Remove hardware securing clamp holding blackout wiring harness to trans-
mission. Put rear wiring harness in clamp and reinstall clamp on trans-
mission.
Route rear wiring harness next to blackout lights wiring harness. Secure
both harnesses together using two tie straps.
Route rear wiring harness on left side of engine block. Remove hardware
securing clamps mounted to front and rear of engine block; clamps hold
blackout lights wiring harness. Put rear wiring harness in clamps and
reinstall clamps on engine block.
Secure rear wiring harness to blackout lights wiring harness using one
tie strap.
Route rear wiring harness branch containing 12 wires to relay mounting
bracket. Route black-orange wire of this branch to cold start solenoid.
Connect rear wiring harness black-orange wire female bullet connector to
cold start solenoid male bullet. Do this by grasping terminals with fin-
gers, alining, and firmly pushing together.
