(17) Cut, remove, and discard tie straps securing blackout lights wiring har-
ness to rear wiring harness.
(18) Pull floor mat away from floor plate just enough to gain access to black-
out lights wiring harness where it passes through grommet. With assistant
guiding blackout lights wiring harness, pull it through grommet and into
cab. If necessary, cut harness to make it easier for removal.
