This will be indicated bylubricant stains on outside of planetary gear spider (3) in area thatthrust buttons are installed.(7)Remove three thrust buttons (17) using 1/4 inch point drive pin punch andhammer bearing on shaft of thrust button. Remove thrust button (18) using3/4 inch point drive pin punch and hammer.(8) Remove retaining ring (19), then remove sun gear (20) from axle shaft (4)using puller.(9) Remove cone and rollers (21) from ring gear hub (10).3-398
