reassembly, and installation of cab door assemblies.

Hand hammer, 16 ounces
Combination box and open end wrench set
Safety glasses
Screwdriver
Socket wrench set, 3/8 inch drive
Automotive Mechanics Tool Kit
Drive pin punch, 1/8 inch point
Diagonal cutting pliers
MATERIALS/PARTS : Clean cloths (Appendix C, item 1)
Cleaning solvent P-D-680 (Appendix C, item 2)
Detergent (Appendix C, item 4)
Adhesive (Appendix C, item 36)
Cotter pins (FSCM 10988 PN N6991)

NOTE
Procedures below cover maintenance for door assembly at one side of cab
only. Repeat procedures for door assembly at opposite side of cab.

Unlatch and swing open upper
door (4), then secure to cab
using holdback latch (refer to
TM 5-3805-262-10).
Remove and discard two cotter
pins (1).
Support upper door (4), drive
out two hinge pins (2), and
remove two washers (3).
Remove upper door (4) from cab.
Remove two hinge brackets (5).
