REMOVAL (SHEET 2 OF 2)
(6) Remove two carriage bolts (6), nuts (7), lock washers (8), and washers
(9).
(7) Remove two hinge assemblies (10) and hinge bracket (11) from cab.

Unlatch and swing open lower door (12).
(9) Remove and discard two cotter pins (1).
(10) Support lower door (12), drive out two hinge pins (2), and remove two
washers (3).
(11) Remove lower door (12) from cab.
(12) Remove two hinge brackets (5).
(13) Remove two carriage bolts (6), nuts (7), lock washers (8), and washers
(9).
(14) Remove two hinge assemblies (10) and hinge bracket (11) from cab.
Do not perform following
replacement of seal (13).
(15) Remove seal (13) from
DISASSEMBLY (SHEET 1 OF 2)
NOTE
step unless inspection indicates need for
cab.
(1) Disassemble upper door assembly by removing two capscrews (14), nuts
(15), lock washers (16), and upper door latch (17) from upper door (4).
(2) Disassemble lower door assembly (18 thru 52) as follows:
(a) Remove seals (18 and 19) from lower door (12).
(b) Remove five capscrews (20), lock washers (21), and washers (22).
(c) Remove panel door cover (23).
(d) Remove four clip nuts (24) and nut (25).
(e) Loosen setscrew (26) and remove handle (27).
(f) Remove screw (28), lock washer (29), and washer (30); remove latch cover
(31) from lower door (12).
(g) Remove foam strip (33).
(h) Remove foam pad (32).
