If fuel delivery of a particular cylinder is not as specified
above, adjust associated control sleeve. Do this by loosening
screw. Hold gear segment to prevent it from moving as shown.
Turn control sleeve and its associated plunger counterclockwise
to increase delivery; clockwise to decrease delivery. Tighten
screw. Repeat this step to recheck delivery.
If adjustment of a control sleeve does not bring fuel delivery
into tolerance, disassemble fuel injection pump (page 3-140) and
check sleeve, plunger, and barrel associated with bad cylinder
for damage or wear (pages 3-151 and 3-152).
