Remove two bushings (4) using hammer and drive pin punch bearing on inner sur- face of bushings. Drive bushings evenly from rod (6) eye trunnion. k. Remove and discard O-ring (7). l. Remove and discard backup ring (8). m. Remove and discard seals (9 and 10). n. Remove and discard wiper (11). o. Remove and discard bushing (13) from gland (15). p. Remove plug (14) only if gland (15) has been removed from cylinder tube (20) five times. q. Remove and discard two wear rings (16). r. Remove and discard seal (17) from piston (19). s. Remove and discard backup ring (18) from piston (19). CLEANING Dry cleaning solvent P-D-680 used to clean Wear protective goggles and gloves and parts is toxic and flammable. use only in a well ventilated area. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothes and don’t breathe vapors. Do not use near open flame or excessive heat and don't smoke when using it. Failure to do so could cause serious injury. If you be- come dizzy while using cleaning solvent, get fresh air and medical attention immediately. If contact with skin or clothes is made, flush with large amounts of water. If contact with eyes is made, wash eyes with water and get medical aid immediately. a. Clean all parts using cleaning solvent P-D-680. b. Dry parts using clean cloths. 3-746
