BATTERY DISCONNECT SWITCH

Battery disconnect switch is accessed by opening engine enclosure access door on right side of machine.

Insert battery disconnect switch key and turn battery disconnect switch clockwise (to the right) to ON position, to acti-
vate entire electrical system. Switch must be in ON position to start engine.
CAU T I ON
NEVER turn battery disconnect switch to OFF position when engine is running. Damage to electrical sys-
tem could result.
3.
Turn battery disconnect switch counterclockwise (to
the left) to OFF position to deactivate entire electrical
system.
4.
When machine will not be used for an extended period
of time (1 month or longer), battery disconnect switch
should be turned to OFF position and key removed.
This will prevent a short circuit or other electrical sys-
tem components from draining batteries.

ENGINE START SWITCH

If engine fails to start, return engine start switch to
OFF position. This must be done before you
attempt to start engine again.
Engine start switch is a three-position keyless switch.
Positions are:
a.
OFF position.
b.
ON position.
c.
START position.
