TRANSMISSION CLUTCH FILL CALIBRATION - CONTINUED
1.
Preparation for Calibration Procedure.
a.
Activate hydraulic lockout by pressing hydraulic lockout switch (TM 5-3805-290-10).
N OT E
Condition of parking brake can be checked. Refer to Parking Brake Maintenance (WP 0092 00).
b.
Install steering frame lock (TM 5-3805-290-10).
c.
Close engine access doors to provide proper operation of cooling system (TM 5-3805-290-10).
d.
If new modulating valve was installed, start engine and shift transmission at least 12 times into speed or direction
that uses new clutch solenoid modulating valve. Refer to Table 1 to identify clutches engaged for each direction
and each gear. If new modulating valve was not installed, proceed to step 2.
