COOLING SYSTEM HOSES, CLAMPS, AND TANK REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

CAB HEATER LINES REMOVAL
1.
Loosen clamp (29) and disconnect hose (30) from water pump (28).
2.
Loosen clamp (31) and disconnect hose (32) from water outlet manifold (25).
3.
Loosen clamp (33) and disconnect hose (30) from heater core (34).
4.
Loosen clamp (35) and disconnect hose (32) from heater core (34).
5.
Remove two bolts (36), washers (37), clips (38), spacer (39), and hoses (30 and 32) from machine.
6.
Remove hose clamps (29, 31, 33, and 35) from hoses (30 and 32).

CAB HEATER LINES INSTALLATION
1.
Install clamps (29, 31, 33, and 35) on hoses (30 and 32).
2.
Install spacer (39), two clips (38), washers (37), and bolts (36) on hoses (30 and 32) and machine.
3.
Connect hose (32) to heater core (34) and tighten clamp (35).
4.
Connect hose (30) to heater core (34) and tighten clamp (33).
5.
Connect hose (32) to water outlet manifold (25) and tighten clamp (31).
6.
Connect hose (30) to water pump (28) and tighten clamp (29).
7.
Fill cooling system (WP 0042 00).
8.
Run engine until normal operating temperature is reached (TM 5-3805-290-10).
9.
Shut down engine (TM 5-3805-290-10).
10.
Check for leaks.
