COOLING SYSTEM HOSES, CLAMPS, AND TANK REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

RADIATOR HOSES INSTALLATION
1.
Install hose clamps (20, 23, and 26) on hoses (21, 24, and 27).
2.
Connect hose (27) to bottom of radiator (13) and water pump (28) and tighten two hose clamps (26).
3.
Connect hose (24) to water outlet manifold (25) and rear structure (22) and tighten two hose clamps (23).
4.
Connect hose (21) to rear structure (22) and top of radiator (13) and tighten two hose clamps (20).
5.
Install plate (19), five washers (18), and bolts (17) on machine.
6.
Fill cooling system (WP 0042 00).
7.
Run engine until normal operating temperature is reached (TM 5-3805-290-10).
8.
Shut down engine (TM 5-3805-290-10).
9.
Check for leaks.
