REMOVAL
1.
With assistance, use floor jack to raise machine. Place
jack stand under machine.

Tire and rim assembly weighs 470 lb
(213 kg).
2.
Support tire and rim assembly (1) with lifting device.
3.
With assistance, remove 16 bolts (2), washers (3), and
tire and rim assembly (1) from machine.

INSTALLATION
WARN I N G
When installing bolts, do not put your arm between rim and final drive without first wedging block of
hardwood between rim and final drive. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury or death to per-
sonnel.
N OT E
Tire and rim assembly weighs 470 lb (213 kg).
1.
With assistance, use lifting equipment to install tire and rim assembly (1), 16 washers (3), and bolts (2). Tighten bolts
(2) to 220 30 lb-ft (300 40 Nm). Tighten bolt in a crisscross pattern.
2.
Turn bolts an additional 60 5 degrees.
