Install spacer (23), washer (22), and bolt (21) in pin
assembly (24).

Support rear link assembly (4) with hydraulic jack (5)
and wood block.
8.
Raise rear link assembly (4) to rear lever assembly (2)
and install pin assembly (25) through rear lever
assembly.

9.
Position two hose assemblies (20) and install washer
(18) and bolt (17) in two clamps (19).
