1. Install two studs (Figure 2, Item 1) and spacer (Figure 2, item 3) on hydraulic drive motor (Figure 2, Item 2).

Use assistance when lifting heavy parts. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury
to personnel.
N OT E
Orient hydraulic drive motor as noted during removal.
Use studs to aid in alignment of hydraulic drive motor with machine.
Install lines and fittings as tagged during removal.
2. With assistance, attach lifting device and install spacer (Figure 2, Item 3) and hydraulic drive motor (Figure 2,
Item 2) on machine.
3. Install ten washers (Figure 2, Item 4) and bolts (Figure 2, Item 5) on hydraulic drive motor (Figure 2, Item 2).
4. If installed, remove two studs (Figure 2, Item 1) from hydraulic drive motor (Figure 2, Item 2).
5. Install two washers (Figure 2, Item 4) and bolts (Figure 2, Item 5) on hydraulic drive motor (Figure 2, Item 2).
6. Install two new O-rings (Figure 2, Item 8) and connect four fittings (Figure 2, Item 6) and hydraulic lines (Figure
2, Item 7) to hydraulic drive motor (Figure 2, Item 2).
7. Torque 12 bolts (Figure 2, Item 5) to an initial torque of 50 to 120 lb-ft (67 to 163 Nm).
8. Torque 12 bolts (Figure 2, Item 5) to a final torque of 136 to 153 lb-ft (183 to 205 Nm).
