Tag wires prior to removal to aid in installation.
1. Position boot (Figure 1, Item 1) aside.
2. Remove nut (Figure 1, Item 2) and lockwasher (Figure 1, Item 3) from single-point power distribution block
(Figure 1, Item 4). Discard lockwasher.
3. Disconnect two wires (Figure 1, Item 7) from single-point power distribution block (Figure 1, Item 4).
4. Remove two bolts (Figure 1, Item 6), washers (Figure 1, Item 5), and single-point power distribution block (Fig-
ure 1, Item 4) from engine compartment.

1. Install single-point power distribution block (Figure 1, Item 4), two washers (Figure 1, Item 5), and bolts (Figure
1, Item 6) in engine compartment.
N OT E
Install wires as tagged during removal.
2. Connect two wires (Figure 1, Item 7) to single-point power distribution block (Figure 1, Item 4).
3. Install new lockwasher (Figure 1, Item 3) and nut (Figure 1, Item 2) on single-point power distribution block
(Figure 1, Item 4).
4. Reposition boot (Figure 1, Item 1) on single-point power distribution block (Figure 1, Item 4).

2. Close ROPS (WP 0134).
3. Verify correct operation of machine (TM 5-3805-292-10).
